Can I change my booking?

Yes you can change your booking up to 14 calendar days before the booking date and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements however there is no guarantee. Any changes less than 14 calendar days before your booking date will incur charges. Contact – hello@campnow.com.au for more information.

What happens if I break or damage the equipment?

We understand accidents happen and we will do our best to work with you, but if our equipment is damaged or broken you will pay for the replacement of the equipment. All replacement costs are listed here.

We currently deliver to selected suburbs but we are constantly expanding our delivery capability. If you have any questions regarding delivery please contact us at hello@campnow.com.au

What is the deposit?

There is a refundable deposit of $250 taken 1-2 days before the start of the hire period. This will be refunded once all the equipment has been returned (takes 1-2 days to process) in the condition it was hired in. Any damage charges will be taken from this amount.

What are the replacement costs?

We are reasonable and understand that accidents happen. However, all our replacement costs can be found here.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 14 day cancellation policy for a 100% refund. Anything less than 14 days you will lose 100% of your booking.

What are the terms and conditions of rental?

Is the equipment maintained and cleaned?

We have a strict cleaning and maintenance schedule. After every use all the equipment is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and checked. We ensure all equipment is in safe working order and functions correctly. What is included in each camping package?

CAMPNOW provides the equipment you need for your camping adventure, the Want More and Take the Kids packages have more that just the essentials. We do not provide any food, drinks, clothing etc. For a complete list of what equipment is included in each package please see our packages page.

What is not included in the packages?

CAMPNOW only provides the equipment you need for your camping adventure. We do not provide food, clothing, drinks or the campsite at this stage. For a complete list of what is included in each package please see our packages page.

What type of car do I need?

We have designed the packages so they will fit in any type of car, depending on the number of people and the packages. However as a guide any of the three packages individually will fit into a small car. We have tried our best to make the packages flexible so we limit the number of large tubs to one per package however we can also help you pack the car as efficiently as possible.

Can we extend our booking during our trip?

It may be possible if the package is not booked out within those dates. Please contact us at hello@campnow.com.au

When is the package delivered?

We will do our best to deliver at a convenient time for you within a 2 hour window. We will deliver usually the day before your booking or the morning of.
