Why does CAMPNOW exist?

We want to make it simple for people to get outside and enjoy our amazing backyard!

 

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your trip 14 days or more before your booking you will get a 100% refund. If you cancel your trip 13 days or less before your booking you will get no money.

 

What is the deposit for?

The deposit is to ensure our gear is looked after and if any damage or accidents happen it will cover the costs incurred. Any damage above the deposit will be added.

 

What happens if I break or damage the equipment?

We understand accidents happen, but if our equipment is damaged or broken you will pay for the replacement of the equipment. All replacement costs are listed in our terms and conditions.

 

How does delivery work?

We will deliver to your office or home in Sydney*. We will do our best to deliver at a suitable time within a 2-hour window. However as you aware Sydney traffic sometimes is very difficult, we will do our best to communicate on delivery.

 

I have delivery but I want to pick up?

Yes, this is fine we will just have to organise a pick up from Bondi.

 

Where do I pick my package up from?

Bondi. We will provide the address and the pick up process once you book.

 

Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can change your booking up to 14 days before the booking date. Any changes after 14 days will incur charges.

 

Is the equipment maintained and cleaned?

We have a strict cleaning and maintenance schedule. After every use all the equipment is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and checked. We ensure all equipment is in safe working order and functions correctly.

 

Is the equipment high quality?

We provide high-quality equipment to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable adventure. We replace our equipment every 6 -12 months depending on usage and condition.

 

What happens if I run out of gas?

We include ample amount of gas for the duration of your adventure. If you run out you will have to source and purchase your own gas at your own expense.

 

Where did the idea come from for CAMPNOW?

We wanted to go camping on the upcoming weekend but did not have time or money to purchase the equipment, and there was no other option besides borrowing from friends.

What happens if there is bad weather during our trip and we return home early?

Yes we understand sometimes the weather can cause an adventure to end quickly but we are sorry we cannot control mother nature and do not provide refunds due to bad weather.

 

What happens if it is raining and we want to cancel or postpone our trip?

Yes, we understand sometimes the weather can cause problems with a planned adventure, but we cannot control mother nature! Our cancellation policy is 14 days anything less that there is no refund.
